An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 11, 2020

In this six-session course, join our Senior Horticulturist, Hannah Traggis, to explore the fundamentals of plant structures and their function, reproductive and floral biology, introductory concepts in physiology and metabolism, and overall systematic organization and classification of major plant groups within the plant kingdom. Participants will better understand the world of plants and gain a far deeper appreciation for their wonder. 

Tuesdays, January 7th – February 11th 6:30-8 pm
$175 members $220 general admission

In this Tuesday evening class we’ll cover how agriculture influenced civilization and how changes in the last century have impacted our food and environment. We will look ahead and discuss how the choices we make as consumers influence the future of food
